April’s session is all about DIF and Gap Analysis surveys. During the webinar, we review the purpose of these surveys and identify situations where they can be used to develop training programs. We also demonstrate how QTD can be a tool used to conduct these surveys as well as how to deploy them to the Employee Portal (EMP). This session will show how QTD can be a great tool to collect data to inform training program needs as well as another way to get your operators more involved in their ongoing training development.
