A Training Map is a graphical representation of the progression of courses, on-the-job training, and other training activities a trainee will move through while completing the Initial Training Program for a specified role. An effective Training Map ensures all required training content is captured and training topics are organized into the optimal sequence for learning, allowing trainees to visualize and track their progression through the training program.
In this one-hour webinar, the QTS Customer Success team will walk through the essential components needed to develop a detailed Training Map. Participants will also learn how to create a Training Map in Microsoft Visio and get a sneak peek into building a Training Map directly in QTD 2.0.
