In 2024, QTS is offering both virtual and in-person options for training courses and workshops. Please click on a training course below for more details and to register.

QTD Third Thursday Webinars*

Join us on the third Thursday of each month from 1-2 pm CT as we discuss and demonstrate various topics and tasks in QTD 2.0. Learn software tips, tricks, and workarounds to give you confidence in navigating the new features and functionality of this powerful new version of QTD. You can also use this time to ask our training and customer success team questions and hear feedback from other QTD users.

These webinars are free for all QTD users, and will be recorded and added to the new QTD Help site for on-demand viewing.

November 21, 2024: Task Qualification Best Practices in QTD 2.0

The QTS Customer Success and Training Team will work with users through the Task and Skill Qualification window in QTD 2.0, and go over best practices when deploying and signing off on qualifications.

FREE re-takes: to lock-in long-term learning, QTS is pleased to offer free retakes for any QTD and QTD module virtual training course:

QTS offers unlimited free retakes of the same virtual course/class within one (1) year of your initial attendance.
To retake a virtual class at no charge: register through our website; in the question/comments section of the registration page, enter your previous attendance date.
If the original virtual course/class is not offered again within the year, QTS may offer a comparable course/class option for substitution, based on schedule and capacity. To inquire, please contact registrations@qualitytrainingsystems.com

QTS reserves the right to amend the date, time, instructor, or location of event at any time. If a paid training is canceled by QTS, registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. QTS shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by a participant due to a cancellation or amendment of an event.

Participants wishing to cancel their registration for any paid training must notify QTS of their intent to cancel via email to registrations@qualitytrainingsystems.com.

Registered participants who cancel their registration ten (10) or more business days prior to the scheduled date of the event will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee for each registered participant. QTS is unable to refund registration fees for participants who provide less than ten (10) business days’ notice of their intent to cancel. Substitutions with another participant from the same company for the same event are encouraged.
