Michelle has a B.A. in Organizational Management & Communications from Spring Hill College with more than 20 years of experience in project management, training, and implementation. She has worked in the healthcare, global call center, and pharmaceutical industries and brings to QTS a focus in assessing client needs while implementing technologies to support performance and efficiency.
