The goal of this introductory Train-the-Trainer workshop is to translate and teach the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) concepts and ADDIE model in a language familiar to system operators. This workshop will also help training professionals from different backgrounds understand how SAT concepts translate into system operator language. This course is not specific to QTD, and the principles discussed in the workshop may be applied to instructor-led classroom training as well as virtual training.
The workshop has two modules. You may register for Module A and Module B in different sessions.
