At Quality Training Systems, we believe training makes a difference. It keeps teams productive, companies compliant, and gets employees home safely. We partner with high-performance organizations by connecting training to on-the-job performance, on the desk, in the field, every day.
We are the industry expert in applying and providing training on the Systematic Approach to Training (the SAT process). Our team combines an eclectic mix of expertise: in-depth knowledge of instructional systems, facilitating small group meetings needed to work with subject matter experts, a working knowledge of system operations, and strong project management.
For 25 years, QTS has designed, developed, administered, and maintained dozens of training programs to satisfy the requirements of standards such as NERC PER-005 and 49 CFR 243. QTS has produced the full range of materials needed to support such standards, including job task analysis (JTA), training designs, training materials, and policy/procedure documents. We work closely with our clients to provide the customized assistance and advice that is needed to make sure that every client’s project is successful.
Training Makes a Difference. We Make Training Happen.
Like you, we know training can make the difference between people making it home at night or not. Effective training keeps organizations out of trouble, keeps people safe, and keeps everything running. Check out Our Process below and what it means to work with QTS.
It all starts with a conversation. We ask a lot of questions and seek to truly understand your goals. We take a systemic view to the situation, looking at things from more than one angle to ensure we’re getting at the root of the challenge we’re facing together.
We’ll use 3-part communication to ensure we heard you correctly and completely. By clearly defining the obstacle, we identify the opportunity together, confirm our understanding of your challenge, provide you with options and our proposed solution, and then get to work
Once we have your go-ahead, we’ll develop a plan that defines who does what, and what you can expect when. We’ll kickoff the work as a team. We will own this challenge as if our own success depended on solving it (because we believe it does!).
Here’s where we operationalize the solution. We execute using techniques refined over two decades of making it happen for our clients. We’ll keep you informed, working at your side as a partner and regularly checking in to ensure we’re on track and on target.
The last milestone is met, the final deliverable provided. We’ll have a close-out conversation with you to review what’s been accomplished and ensure it’s something we can all take pride in. Even more, we’ll talk about what you can do to build on this success and sustain it.
Our partnership doesn’t end with the delivery of a final report. It’s important to us that this work “sticks” and you’re still getting value. We’ll check-in after awhile to see how you’re doing, and offer additional resources, suggestions, and/or coaching.
