Remote Hosting Primary Contact Information

In order to communicate important updates regarding the Remote Hosting platform, QTS Support is requesting current Remote Hosting users to provide updated contact information. In the fields below, please provide the following information in the applicable fields below:

  1. Primary and Secondary Contacts – All user account credentials will be sent to the Primary Contact.  Only the Primary or Secondary contacts are authorized to request changes to Remote Hosting user accounts (reset password, add/delete accounts, change account permissions, etc.,).
  2. Remote Hosting Distribution List –QTS Support or the QTS Manager Software send Remote Hosting users notifications regarding updates and changes to the Remote Hosting platform as required (e.g., server maintenance downtime, software releases, and server outages).

– If you would like additional QTD users to receive notifications regarding Remote Hosting platform updates, please list their name and email address in the Distribution list section.

– Primary and Secondary contacts will be automatically added this this email distribution list.

Note: If you have a shared email address that is accessed by all QTD users (i.e., SOTrainingGroup@powerco.com) that shared email can be added to the distribution list. We are not limiting this section to personal emails.
