Stefanie Pressl, M.S.
As President of Quality Training Systems, Stefanie leads a team of software developers and training and performance consultants who are dedicated to their clients’ success. Stefanie helps clients achieve their training, PER-005 compliance or performance goals. As an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, Stefanie takes a holistic approach to solving performance issues. She leverages her unique perspective to help clients achieve their goals in a variety of ways, from developing turnkey training programs complete with all department processes, to development and execution of mitigation plans that return companies to compliance, to creating standalone training courses. Stefanie partners with her clients to help them win executive sponsorship and resources for their departments, and guides organizations through major change initiatives.
Tamara Wierks, M.S.
Manager of Customer Success
Tamara has a M.S. in Human Resource Studies and 9 years of experience in designing and developing training programs using a systematic approach to training in the electric utility industry for various positions like system operators, engineers, planners, distribution operators, marketers, and auditors. As the Manager of Customer Success Consulting, she provides vision for the consulting department and ensures that consulting work meets the high QTS standards and is on the cutting edge of training development. Tamara also provides advise and coaching to clients on compliance standards, QTD training, and training best practices.
John Yankasky, B.S.
John has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and over 20 years of experience in applying the Systems Approach to Training to the design and development of training programs for a wide range of electric utility disciplines, including system operations, substation maintenance, field and lab technicians, and numerous generating facility positions, as well as other regulated industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing. He applies his considerable experience in JTA, curriculum design and development, compliance processes, and project management to lead and oversee QTS consulting project teams and ensure quality, timely delivery, and satisfaction for every client. John also advises clients in the effective application of QTD and related processes.
Carolyn has been providing documentation and training services to industry and utility clients since 1982. She is a recognized expert in improving the usability of operating procedures and operating manuals. In the training arena, she has more than 15 years of experience in performing job and task analysis and designing performance-based training programs. In addition to developing training materials, she conducts communications courses and designs and develops a wide variety of technical documentation including operating and administrative procedures; major corporate programs, proposals, and reports; and software user manuals. She has served clients in computer technology, defense and national security consulting, manufacturing, and utilities including electric, gas, steam, and wastewater treatment.
An Valentino, M.A.
An has an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and over 5 years of experience in assisting many of QTS clients to achieve and maintain compliance with NERC PER regulations. As part of her responsibility, An helps to apply the Systems Approach to Training to the design and development of training programs for a wide range of electric utility customers.
Angela Riley, M.A.
With an M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and a professional background in HR and training, Angela brings her experience from various industries such as automotive manufacturing, medical supplies, and hospitality to share her unique perspective with QTS. As a Consultant on the Customer Success team, Angela works with clients to help maintain their information in QTD, provide solutions to training and QTD issues, and design computer based training that is meaningful. Enabled by QTD’s advanced features, Angela’s goal is to help clients create successful training departments through innovative training design that couples engagement with job applicability.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tim enjoys helping our clients succeed by providing them with solutions to their challenges. Drawing on his more than 15 years of experience in electric utilities, Tim works to understand and then meet clients’ needs, providing the right QTS products and services at the right time. Prior to joining QTS, Tim was most recently a director with Exelon Corporation, where he was responsible for strategy and multimillion-dollar HR cloud technology implementation. As a certified corporate coach and industrial/organizational psychologist, Tim strives to deliver people-centric, systems-oriented solutions for customers which not only meet today’s needs, but deliver sustainable results.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Nan’s inquisitive and altruistic nature has led her in a career of supporting business operations in various companies and industries. Her skills in communication and organization make her a natural for her role as Executive Assistant. Nan holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Columbia College, Chicago, so it is no surprise that she approaches projects and problem solving with creativity. Nan Castle is our go-to person for office management, invoice and billing, travel plans and the list goes on.
Lourdes B. Murray
Software Product Manager
As the resident QTS database guru, Lakshmi manages the QTD development team. Lakshmi uses her Engineering degree and her knowledge of computer software principles, including business analysis and project management, to oversee the design, development, and delivery of new releases QTD releases.
Daniela Petrovic, M.A.
QTD Project Manager
Daniela has an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and recently became a Certified ScrumMaster®. Since joining QTS, Daniela has provided analysis and design support for numerous JTA projects and has provided training to help clients successfully implement QTD products in within their training departments. Daniela uses her knowledge of PER-005 requirements, QTD functionality, and Scrum methodology to lead the QTD Development team in coordinating and planning development timelines in order to ensure on-time releases of QTD products.

Nick Ellis joins the Customer Success team with more than 10 years of IT Support experience in various industries. He will be assisting QTD customers with their support issues, as well as handling internal hardware, software and configuration support. Nick will also support our QTD team with QTD testing and infrastructure tasks.
