FOCUS Learning has acquired Quality Training Systems and the QTD product suite. Our core competencies and expertise with consulting, training, and customer success are a natural complement to FOCUS Learning. QTS’ executives are now members of FOCUS Learning’s senior leadership team. Similarly, all QTS team members you have worked with over the years are now a part of a larger team, with access to expertise in software development and overall business operations.
QTS’ day-to-day operations in consulting, training, and provision of the QTD product suite are not changing. Our work to support you and your training programs continues. Our consulting projects with you are proceeding normally, and you will continue to log into Legacy QTD or QTD 2.0 as you always have. Your support experience is not changing. Your Customer Success and Training team remain dedicated to helping you get the most from your investment in your QTS partnership.
QTD 2.0 will continue to be positioned as our flagship product for the electric power operations/transmission industry. We remain committed to developing QTD 2.0 in a manner that provides strategic advantages to you. QTD 2.0 will benefit from the broader development and operational support made possible by the combined teams, allowing us greater flexibility in adapting to changing business conditions and your evolving needs. It is our goal to grow our capacity to enhance QTD 2.0 functionality and your user experience.
